Glen Fields is the Vice President and General Manager at Epirus, where he spearheads the commercialization of advanced electronics, focusing on AI, machine learning, power management, and software-defined microelectronic solutions. A global technical and commercial leader with over 20 years of experience spanning the semiconductor, software, and industrial technology industries, Glen has held key leadership roles at MACOM Technology Solutions, Accenture, PTC, Emerson, Anokiwave, Tyco Electronics, and Rockwell Automation.

Glen brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, product development, systems engineering, and sales leadership. Throughout his career, he has led high-performing teams, driven multimillion-dollar growth initiatives, and fostered strategic partnerships with leading technology and industrial organizations. A former U.S. Navy Commander, Glen holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy and an MBA in International Business from the University of San Diego.
