HANZ HEINRICHS

Hanz is a Senior Policy Advisor and Department of Defense Appropriations expert currently leading Government Relations at Epirus. ​​

Prior to joining Epirus, Heinrichs served as Senior Policy Advisor and Appropriations Director for U.S. Senator Jerry Moran, where he advised on policy and funding matters, particularly for six Appropriations subcommittees including both Defense and Intelligence. ​From 2019 through 2023, Heinrichs served as a staff member on the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense, managing portfolios for both Senate majority and minority, with focus on programs including Army Aircraft, SOCOM operations, Missiles and Weapons procurement, and Military R&D.
