TED BONANNO

Ted is the General Counsel at Epirus. He has extensive experience in high-technology aerospace, engineering, and electronics manufacturing companies, including Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 firms.

Before joining Epirus, Ted was the General Counsel for the Defense business at Meggitt PLC and held legal and leadership roles at DLA Piper LLP, United Technologies Corporation, and Crane Aerospace & Electronics. He began his legal career as a Judge Advocate in the U.S. Marine Corps and served in Iraq in 2003. He is currently a Colonel in the Marine Corps Reserve.

Ted holds a BA from Florida International University, a JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and an MBA from Florida State University. He is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air War College and the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College. Ted is active in the Southern California legal and military communities, serving on the Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel's San Diego Chapter and as a Research Committee Member of the San Diego Military Advisory Council.
