LOS ANGELES – March 13, 2025 – Epirus, a leader in short-range air defense and developers of Leonidas™, a high-energy, high-power microwave (HPM) technology to counter drones, drone swarms, and electronics, today announced its inclusion as a member of the second cohort of customers to deploy Palantir’s Warp Speed.
This collaboration supports Epirus’ mission to scale production in the U.S. to meet rising demand for its counter-electronics, advanced electronics, and short-range air defense solutions both domestically and internationally.
Warp Speed is Palantir’s manufacturing OS for American re-industrialization, designed to provide speed, flexibility, and security for modern industrial production. Epirus will leverage the platform’s AI-driven insights to optimize manufacturing workflows, streamline supply chain management, and enhance efficiency in delivering next-generation HPM capabilities to defense customers.
Speed, agility, and precision are critical in delivering transformative technology at scale,” said Andy Lowery, Chief Executive Officer at Epirus. “Deploying Palantir Warp Speed underscores our commitment to accelerating production capabilities and meeting increasing demand as defense transitions from a ‘1-to-1’ to a ‘1-to-many’ mindset for short-range air defense. Palantir enables us to scale intelligently by making our digital manufacturing processes both seamless and powerful—allowing us to focus on innovation and execution.”
"Epirus exemplifies the strength of the American Industrial Base and will benefit greatly from Warp Speed as it scales," said Shyam Sankar, Palantir’s Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President. "Warp Speed enables Epirus to meet rising demand for its Leonidas™ counter-electronics technology, while expanding into commercial markets and other defense applications—ultimately bolstering the defense of the West."
Epirus envisions a world where solid-state, high-energy HPM force fields become essential in layered defense systems for critical asset protection—from Golden Dome and border protection to vehicle protection, space-based applications and beyond.
The integration of Palantir Warp Speed’s AI-powered manufacturing OS strengthens Epirus’ ability to rapidly iterate, scale, and deploy—supporting the company’s international expansion and commercial growth roadmap.
