Companies to collaborate on $48B Ceiling, Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center (IAC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) IDIQ
Los Angeles, Calif—February 27, 2025—Epirus, leaders in short-range air defense and developers of Leonidas, a high-energy, high-power microwave technology to counter drones, drone swarms, and electronics, announced today a strategic teaming agreement with Peraton, the world’s leading mission capability integrator. The companies will collaborate on a Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center (IAC) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) recently awarded to Peraton by the U.S. Air Force’s 774th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron.
The DTIC IAC MAC is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with a $48 billion ceiling supporting the Department of Defense Information Analysis Center (DoD IAC). The DoD IAC collects, analyzes and disseminates scientific and technical information and serves as a knowledge repository to support research and development efforts across the Department of Defense by providing access to critical data and expert analysis to accelerate the development of new technologies for the warfighter.
Epirus will collaborate with Peraton on key research and development initiatives, leveraging its expertise in directed energy, autonomous systems, modeling and simulation and advanced intelligent management. The teaming agreement will aim to drive forward next-generation defense capabilities that enhance operational effectiveness for the Joint Force of 2030.
This partnership is a microcosm of how the defense industrial base can best position itself for victory in the age of asymmetric warfare. With Peraton’s trusted reputation across ISR, C2, cyber and other national security solutions paired with Epirus’ neo-prime operating model and expertise in next-generation short-range air defense, the partnership stands to unlock new capabilities for DoD.
